When I was at a meeting in Chapel-Hill several months ago, I met my friend Tammy for a drink. She ordered garlic fries, and I just couldn’t resist giving them a try. They were absolutely amazing!
Since that time, I have thought about trying to make a healthier version of this flavorful treat. Tonight, I finally gave it a try, and I was very pleased with the result.
My baked garlic fries make a great appetizer or side dish to any entree. Enjoy!
