My cousin Shea loves my mother’s Cherry Fluff. It is her favorite dessert. Every year, my mother makes Cherry Fluff for Shea’s birthday, and since her birthday is December 23, we always have Cherry Fluff at Christmas. It is a delicious treat that you can enjoy year round.
From start to finish, this recipe will take approximately 5 minutes.
Chill before serving.
21 oz. can cherry pie filling
8 oz. container Cool Whip
14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
8 oz. can crushed pineapple (drained)
1 cup finely chopped pecans
Fold all ingredients together.
Save a few chopped pecans to sprinkle on top.
Pour into glass serving bowl.
