Spinach Artichoke Dip

Serve this dip with your favorite toasted bread, pita, or chips.

If you are looking for a fast, easy recipe for Spinach Artichoke Dip, you have found it. This is another of JohnHyatt’s delicious treats.   Serve this dip on chips or slices of a lightly toasted bread of your choice. I prefer to cut thin slices of garlic bread, drizzle each with Italian herb-infused olive oil, and toast lightly on both sides. Mmmmmm!

From start to finish, this recipe will take approximately 35 minutes.

Ready to eat


1 10 oz. box frozen chopped spinach thawed
1 12 oz. jar artichoke hearts drained and roughly chopped
1 tbsp minced garlic
1/2 cup whipped cream cheese
3/4 cup sour cream
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp Kosher salt
1/4 tsp black pepper

Pita, sliced bread, or chips of choice.


Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Squeeze spinach between paper towels to remove excess moisture.
In medium bowl, combine spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, and cheddar.
Season with salt and pepper.
Scrape mixture into a small, oven-safe baking dish.
Bake until lightly golden and heated through, about 15-20 minutes.
