The World’s Easiest Dessert

Easy and Delicious!

Terri Hall brought this dessert to the house last night, and of course I had to ask how to make it.  Terri shared that she borrowed this recipe from Tina Carpenter, one of our former colleagues in Hickory Public Schools.  This recipe is one your kids will love, and it will take minimal effort on your part.  As a matter of fact, you won’t believe how little effort it takes.

We enjoyed a great night of card games and Wii games with the Halls last night, and we, especially Jackson, thoroughly enjoyed the dessert!

From start to finish, this recipe will take you approximately 10 minutes to prepare.
Refrigerate for at least two hours. Refrigerate overnight for best results.

Ingredients

1 package chocolate chip cookies (regular or reduced fat)
1 large container Lite Cool Whip
Milk
3/4 cup chopped walnuts

Directions
Dunk cookies in milk for 10 seconds.
Line casserole dish with cookies.
Add layer of cool whip.
Repeat process.
Top with crumbled cookies and nuts.
Refrigerate.
