Heather’s Favorite Fruit Smoothie

You will find this smoothie to be delicious and nutritious!

I have really missed sweets while I have been trying to trim down and lose some weight.  One of the treats I have enjoyed immensely over the past several months is my own fruit smoothie concoction.  Not only is this smoothie filling, but it is absolutely delicious.

This recipe makes 4 servings.

From start to finish, this recipe will take you less than 5 minutes.

Ready to blend...


1 1/2 cups Dannon Light and Lively Vanilla yogurt
1 banana
2 cups fresh berries (I use raspberries and blueberries)
3 – 4 cups frozen berries (I use strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, and blueberries)
1 scoop Whey Protein Powder (I use Jillian Michaels) or use 1-2 packets of sweetner

You can purchase protein powder in the health seciton of any Wal-Mart or Target.


Add all ingredients into blender, and blend well.
