There is nothing like S’Mores to bring a late summer or early fall evening to life. I remember my first S’Mores was at Girl Scout Camp when I was around middle school age. Hershey’s Bar melted between blackened marshmallow and graham cracker made all of our eyebrows raise is excitement. I remember thinking, “Wow! Why didn’t anyone tell us this existed?” (I am obviously not shy about my love of sweets!)
We eat a lot of S’Mores out here by the water, and I always keep my “S’Mores Basket” filled and ready for guests. These S’Mores are easy to make and favorites of kids and adults alike.
