I generally make these vegetables in the oven, but I have made them on the grill. Cook time depends on your temperature. For a sure thing, stick to the oven!
From start to finish, this recipe will take you about 1 hour 10 minutes. (10 minutes prep and 1 hour cook time)

Squash and Zucchini
McCormick Steakhouse Grinder Seasoning
Crushed Olive Tuscan Herb Olive Oil (Regular olive oil will be just fine)
Fresh ground black pepper Directions
This recipe can be modified to make as many or few servings as you need. However, you may need to modify your cooking time for over 8 servings or fewer than 4 servings. I generally cook about six servings at a time.
Preheat oven to 325.
Arrange vegetables in a heap on Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil.
Drizzle with oil, and apply Kosher salt, pepper, and Steakhouse grinder to taste.
Seal foil wrap, and cook for 1 hour.
