Seasoned Vegetables

Flavorful Seasoned Vegetables are great with anything from the grill.

A side of veggies can either be really good or really bad. I have perfected the side order of vegetables, or so I think. I like them, anyway. They are tasty and very healthy! These roasted vegetables are perfect with beef, pork, or poultry. They also are great reheated.
.
I generally make these vegetables in the oven, but I have made them on the grill. Cook time depends on your temperature. For a sure thing, stick to the oven!
.
From start to finish, this recipe will take you about 1 hour 10 minutes. (10 minutes prep and 1 hour cook time)
.
Ingredients
Vegetables of your choice
(My favorites for this recipe)
Asparagus
Squash and Zucchini
Baby Carrots
Cherry Tomatoes
Red Onion
Portabella Mushrooms
McCormick Steakhouse Grinder Seasoning
Crushed Olive Tuscan Herb Olive Oil (Regular olive oil will be just fine)
Kosher salt
Fresh ground black pepper

Tuscan-herb olive oil and Steakhouse Grinder seasoning blend well with just the right amount of salt and pepper to make these vegetables the perfect side item.

Directions
This recipe can be modified to make as many or few servings as you need. However, you may need to modify your cooking time for over 8 servings or fewer than 4 servings. I generally cook about six servings at a time.
Preheat oven to 325.
Arrange vegetables in a heap on Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil.
Drizzle with oil, and apply Kosher salt, pepper, and Steakhouse grinder to taste.
Seal foil wrap, and cook for 1 hour.
