Uncle Brown Bag’s Almond-Pear Cream Cheese Torte

Uncle Brown Bag has created a torte that looks and tastes impressive!

If it has Philadelphia Brand Cream Cheese in it, chances are I am going to like it. Brandon Elrod is new to Cooking by the Water, but he proved himself last week with this delicious dessert. This dessert combines torte and cheesecake and is even better after being refrigerated overnight.
