From start to finish, this recipe will take you about 20 minutes.
This recipe serves 3-4 people.
1/3 package Barilla whole grain linguine
1 tsp Kosher salt
1 tbsp olive oil
1 heaping tbsp minced garlic
1 – tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 tbsp butter or margarine
1 – 1 1/2 cup frozen broccoli florets
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Kosher sat and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Add salt and oil to water to a large pot and bring to a boil. Cook linguine according to package (7 minutes).
Meanwhile, in a skillet add garlic, olive oil, butter, broccoli, salt and pepper and melt butter over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Drain linguine and add to mixture.
Stir until linguine is coated and broccoli is warm through.
Grate Parmesan over skillet, stir and serve hot.
