Fresh grated Parmesan
Crumbled Feta cheese
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Cover a cookie sheet in aluminum foil.
Cut off tough edges of stalks.
Arrange asparagus spears on cookie sheet.
Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt, pepper, and steakhouse grinder.
Roast for 12-15 minutes.
Sprinkle grated Parmesan and crumbled Feta and serve immediately.
