Roasted Asparagus

Perfect asparagus is as easy as can be.

Although I have prepared asparagus on the grill and steamed it in the oven, the best recipe I have for asparagus is roasting it in the oven.  I love asparagus with beef, chicken, or salmon.

From start to finish, this recipe will take you less than 20 minutes.

Olive oil
Kosher salt
Fresh ground black
McCormack Steakhouse Seasoning Grinder
Fresh grated Parmesan
Crumbled Feta cheese

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Cover a cookie sheet in aluminum foil.
Cut off tough edges of stalks.
Arrange asparagus spears on cookie sheet.
Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt, pepper, and steakhouse grinder.
Roast for 12-15 minutes.

Sprinkle grated Parmesan and crumbled Feta and serve immediately.
