Picnic Pulled Barbecue

Pulled Pork Barbecue Sandwich

My Aunt Libby makes this barbecue, and I fell in love! It is the best barbecue I have ever eaten anywhere. Whether you like your barbecue pulled or chopped, this recipe will not disappoint!

1 Boston Butt
Coarse Black Pepper
Garlic Powder
Hickory Smoke
Uncle Yammy’s Grillin’ Sauce -Original Recipe
Uncle Yammy’s Southern Style Barbecue Sauce

Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
Place Boston Butt fat side down on Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil.
Cover each side (including fat side) with generous amounts of paprika, garlic powder, and coarse black pepper.
Sprinkle five shakes of Hickory Smoke over top of Butt.
Wrap tightly in aluminum foil.
Place foil-covered Butt in a roasting pan.
Cook at 250 degrees for 7-8 hours.
Remove from oven and pull or chop.
Add Uncle Yammy to taste.
