Jackson’s Favorite French Toast

This is a modification of my mother’s recipe from my childhood. This recipe makes about six slices of French Toast.

From start to finish, you will need about 10-12 minutes to prepare this yummy treat!


Breakfast made delicious!

6 slides of freshly sliced French bread
1 Egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup Sugar Free International Foods French Vanilla Coffee Creamer
Ground Cinnamon
Cinnamon Sugar
Powdered Sugar
Warm Syrup


Heat a griddle to 350 degrees.
Whisk egg and stir in creamer and vanilla.

Melt a small pat of butter for each slice of bread.
Dip both sides of bread in egg/creamer mix.
Place each piece of bread on a melted pat of butter.
Sprinkle cinnamon and cinnamon sugar on the top of bread to taste.
Cook bread about 3-4 minutes.
Turn and reapply cinnamon and cinnamon sugar.
Cook for 3-4 minutes.
Remove from griddle.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Serve with warm syrup.
